It might be your first time living away from home and you’ll want to have fun. Though be considerate of your flatmates, and the safety of your flat. We know that sometimes things can go wrong, but don’t worry, we are here to help.
We provide advice on student hall disciplinaries (LJMU Student Code of Conduct and Behaviour Policy). If you have been contacted by the university requesting that you attend a disciplinary meeting based on behaviour in halls of residence then we can provide advice on the process, and potential outcomes.
We will ensure that you are fully informed of what will happen, and advise you on what you will need to consider before the meeting. We can provide representation at the meeting to ensure that you are supported, and the process is conducted correctly. Through this, we can explain anything said that you do not understand. Going through a disciplinary does not mean that you will be automatically be withdrawn from the university.
