Our annual JMSU Sports & Societies Awards is aimed at celebrating the achievements of our Student led groups and for the LJMU students who volunteer their time throughout the year.  These awards celebrate the hard work and achievements of Sports clubs, Societies, Volunteering, Student Media and RAG.

 

Nominations for each award have been provided by current student group committees and members of student groups, the results of the nominations are considered by panels made up of Executive officers and staff who shortlist the entries and choose the winners.

 

The event takes place at the Shankly Hotel on Thursday 4^th April 2019 – doors open at 7pm. Your ticket includes entry to the Awards evening, a glass of fizz on arrival, a two course meal with a glass of wine. A huge thank you to this years’ Sponsor of the Awards - Unite Students. Unite Students have contributed towards the running costs for the awards to keep ticket prices down for students.

 

Seating plans will be arranged prior to the event in conjunction with the President of your club or society. Please note there are tables of 10 at the venue; if your student group has more than 10 people attending we will contact the President to confirm the seating plan; we will endeavour to sit all members next to each other where possible. Please specify dietary requirements on purchasing your ticket.
