Don't see a club or society that takes your fancy? Start your own!
If you want to start your own student group, you need to fill out an application form that goes to our Student Panel, made up of our elected VP Activities and current committee members of student groups. They meet 3 times per year to approve applications. The next deadline for applications is: Thursday 30th November.
Once you submit your application, a member of the Student Development and Activities Team will be in touch to confirm they've recieved it. They might ask a few more questions to strengthen your application. After the application review meeting, you will recieve a deicision from the panel. You'll then work with the Activities Team to start up your society and recieve training.
