There is a dedicated Student Advice and Wellbeing department at LJMU providing advice for everything from accommodation, disability, finance, and mental health.
Student Advice and Wellbeing run regular wellbeing events under their support programme, which can be found here (you will need your LJMU log in to sign up)!
Togetherall is an award-winning online mental health and wellbeing service designed to help people get support, take control, and feel better. It provides 24/7 peer and professional support plus a range of wellbeing tools to help people self-manage their mental wellbeing.
LJMU has partnered with the mental fitness app Fika during COVID-19, enabling us all to benefit from an additional tool to stay motivated, productive, focused, and connected during this period of remote work and study.
U-CAN SERVICE – A service to help low mood and stress.
U-Can is a new 6-week Psycho-Social Education skills group, using the 'Living Life to the Full' programme and CBT approaches, designed for those who are experiencing feelings of anxiety, stress and / or persistent low mood U-CAN will be led by our team of Mersey Care NHS Mental Health Nurses and Clinical Practitioners, here to ensure you get the most out of your university life.
