Current Competitions and Promotions
JMSU 'Lunch is on us' Elections Giveaway March 2021
- To participate in this giveaway, participants must be a current student at LJMU
- The prize consists of one £15 Deliveroo voucher, sent to a maximum of 7 students upon receipt of video entry. Please note, alcohol purchases are not permitted from this competition
- The voucher will be sent to your LJMU student email
- Criteria to enter the giveaway: Participants must be following @johnmooressu on Instagram, and respond to the Instagram giveaway post via DM, with a video of themselves, why they will be voting in JMSU Full-Time Officer Elections this year, and what change they would like to see at LJMU
- This giveaway will run from Monday 15 March 2021 at 13:00 and will close on Monday 22 March 2021 at 13:00, or when 7 entries have been received within this timeframe
- Student Staff are not permitted to enter into this giveaway
- Candidates running in the JMSU Full-Time Officer Elections are not permitted to enter into this giveaway
- Video entries cannot explicitly endorse or name any candidate that the participant will be voting for
- Video entries will be used across JMSU social media accounts
- JMSU reserves the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct
- The decisions of JMSU are final and no correspondence will be entered into
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part
- Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram. By participating in this giveaway you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims
- Winner may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward, e.g. be photographed for website/social media content
- JMSU reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control
