JMSU Awards 2025 Celebration

The JMSU Society and Volunteering Awards returned for 2025 to celebrate the amazing work of our volunteers and societies throughout this year!

We welcomed over 200 attendees to the Baltic Triangle’s Camp and Furnace. It was a night to remember; with the awards themselves, some amazing food, and topped off with a little boogie on the dancefloor! Keep reading to find out who were our worthy winners.

Volunteering Achievements 2025

It was an exciting year for volunteering at JMSU with over 300 available opportunities, 116 registered organisations to work with, 1600 registered volunteers and over 11300 hours of volunteering logged this year! We were fortunate to work with so many incredible volunteering students who put their personal time and effort into making a positive impact in their community.

Society Achievements 2025

It’s been another remarkable year for our societies with 116 active societies to join, 27 new groups set up, a record breaking 7450 memberships and over 500 socials throughout the year! We’ve had some exciting opportunities and events this year from marathons to showcases - we really do have a group for everyone at JMSU!
