Campaigning officially begins on 16 March, so keep an eye out – you will start seeing candidates around campuses sharing their ideas and encouraging you to vote.

Run, don’t walk to our JMSU BIG Vote stations during voting week. Pop along to cast your vote, meet candidates and grab a a free sweet treat 🍬

Voting Opens 23 March 📢
You’ll be able to vote in several ways:
- Directly on the JMSU homepage
- Through JMSU candidate pages
- Via the fast-track voting link sent to your student email
The fast-track link lets you bypass sign-in and go straight to voting, making it the quickest way to have your say.
Make Sure You Can Vote ⚠️
To vote successfully, you must:
- Have a LJMU email address assigned to your JMSU account
- Be opted in to JMSU via the My LJMU app
You can verify this by visiting My Account in the LJMU app.
