The Black Experience Guide
We know how important it is to have support that reflects you, and opportunities to meet like-minded people and build meaningful connections. That's why we're proud to share the new Black Experience Guide.
It brings together insights, experiences and recommendations from Black students and staff, with tailored suggestions for places, services and communities across Liverpool. It aims to reduce the barriers that come with unfamiliarity, and help students feel more connected, supported and confident.
Created with key partners across LJMU and JMSU, the guide includes staff perspectives too, so students can see themselves reflected in the university community, and staff can find resources that resonate with their own experiences and identities.
