The Environmental Sustainability and Energy Team at LJMU are working on a number of workstreams, including carbon and energy, biodiversity, waste, and travel, among others. Volunteering with the team not only supports LJMU to reach its objectives for environmental sustainability, but will provide learning experiences and opportunities to make a positive impact on campus and in the local community.
Join the Environmental Sustainability and Energy Team as we plant bulbs outside the Student Life Building that will flower throughout spring and summer 2027. The flowers will provide colour and a source of nectar for pollinators, helping to brighten the area and improve biodiversity!
