Wirral Hospice St John’s has a proud history of delivering high quality palliative care to the local community for 40 years.
Over that period the hospice has continued the vision and commitment of the founding group developing the range of services offered to the extent that we occupy a significant place in the provision of health care services in Wirral.
Our reputation in both professional and community circles is justifiably high built on both medical excellence and the manner in which it is delivered.

This is our annual flag ship event and our team are responsible to ensure the safety of our 2000 - 3000 visitors on and off the hospital site safely and directing cars in car parks to maximise numbers in each car park and safely..
It is a beautiful evening as the 10,000 lights bulbs all around the hospice building and trees are turned on with a short service and is a lovely way to start Christmas.
Light up a Life offers an uplifting and meaningful way to remember family and friends who are no longer with us whilst supporting the care we provide at Wirral Hospice St John’s.
