The JMSU student staff provide front line support across Reception and Content - welcoming students, handling enquiries, and helping communicate what we do.

What does Reception do?

The Reception team are the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors. They welcome people to the Students' Union, answer enquiries, signpost students to appropriate services, manage room bookings and provide essential administrative support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What does Content do?

The Content team supports communications and engagement across our channels. They help create and edit copy, imagery and social content, assist with event promotion and campaigns, and ensure information is clear, engaging and reaches students effectively. They also support reception and events, contributing to a welcoming environment and helping deliver memorable experiences.
