JMSU ranked top 25 in NSS results

The National Student Survey (NSS), which is conducted each year, has been published with astounding results.

The NSS gathers results from all universities across the UK to determine student satisfaction, experience, teaching and learning, support, resources and more. It plays an integral part in university league table rankings universities, establishes the quality of each university and is a direct reflection of the importance of student feedback.

 This year, there has been a 72.3% survey response this year, with over 345,000 students taking part.

Our results

JMSU is ranked in the top 25 SUs across the country, and one of the top SUs in the North West for student academic interests and representation.

The University have ranked consistently high in other categories, scoring above the sector benchmark in 23 of the 27 questions and six of the seven themes.

We are so pleased to see students have utilised our services, feel represented and that their voices are heard. We will continue to work hard and ensure student experience is at the core of our efforts.
