Welcome to your ideas, the space for students to drop and share feedback about various topics.
At JMSU we are passionate about hearing your feedback and sharing it with the University to ensure that good feedback is passed on the right person, and areas in need of improvement get reported.
You must be a LJMU student or elected officer to submit feedback, which you can do by logging in with your student e-mail address.
All feedback is reviewed by JMSU staff before being approved and published, and if feedback breaches any of our guidance, we will not approve, and speak to you about the best course of action moving forward.
If you want to keep your feedback anonymous, that’s okay too, we won’t share your name.
While at University, your course will shape your development and organisation, so feedback is important to ensure that you, your peers, and future generations of students are getting the best possible experience.
You should speak to your course rep if you have any specific course-based feedback, and if you’re unsure who that is, or would like to become a course rep, email coursereps@ljmu.ac.uk
However, you can also post your feedback here. We will collect this feedback and share with the relevant people, which might also include your course rep, so be sure to let us know what course and level you study at.
We want you to be able to shout from the rooftops about something you love, from your course to an event, to a particular person, share the love and we will make sure to pass it on, and ensure that good thing continues.
Throughout the year we will theme areas of feedback, so you can feed into wider student experience issues or topics, like Cost of Living, UCU Strikes, or specific campaigns. Once we have student feedback, we will report it to the University and keep you in the loop.
Keep an eye out for our Hot Topics.
This is where we move all feedback once it’s been reported. It’s helps show you that we listened. In addition to this, our team will reply to submissions in the comments section of your feedback, so you’re kept in the loop.
