American Football is a powerful, tactical sport that combines explosive athleticism with strategic gameplay. Played with 11 players on each team, the aim is to advance the ball down the field by running or passing, ultimately scoring touchdowns. With set plays, big hits, and precision teamwork, it's a game of both brains and brawn that delivers adrenaline on every snap.
LJMU Fury welcomes players of all backgrounds — whether you’ve played before or are completely new to the sport. It’s the perfect opportunity to push yourself physically, develop discipline, and become part of a squad that values hard work, respect, and unity. We train regularly, compete in BUCS fixtures, and enjoy a strong social side off the field too.
Get involved — it’s more than just football, it’s Fury.
