No Panic is a national self-help charity, which supports people with a range of anxiety problems, including panic attacks, OCD, agoraphobia, social phobia and health anxiety. The main service we provide is our helpline, but members can also access recovery services over the phone or online, Anxiety Support Chat online, and coffee meetings over the phone.
We are seeking Social Media Awareness Raiser volunteers to create and edit videos about anxiety, that may be uploaded to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
Your team Co-ordinator will liaise with you about topics to choose, from a wide range of anxiety conditions, such as general anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and OCD. You may be asked to interview people to create content about their anxiety experiences and advice.
Some training may be provided upon starting your role.
You will be supported by the Social Media Awareness Team Co-ordinator.
The expected time commitment is 4 hrs a week, which may vary from time to time.
