- What changes would positively impact learning and teaching?
- How will I use my seat on academic committees?
Include experience such as Course Rep roles, peer mentoring, tutoring, academic society involvement or student feedback work.
2. Boiling Down Ideas
Focus on three achievable commitments that will enhance teaching, assessments, resources or academic wellbeing. Keep wording clear and accessible.
3. Get SMART
- Specific
- Measurable
- Achievable
- Relevant
- Time-bound
4. Test Your Manifesto
Share your ideas with Course Reps, classmates, or academic societies to refine your commitments.
