Hi, I'm Lottie, and I am re-running for Vice President of Activities.  

Successfully over the past year, I’ve worked alongside the Student Union to enrich the student experience, delivering successful campaigns and increasing student engagement like never before. During the campaign Movember, we raised £25,000 which is double our previous year! Additionally, I’ve introduced Society Spotlight Week, a first of its kind which celebrates and showcases our incredible societies.  

If re-elected, I will:  

✅ Streamline the Student Leader Training Programme – Ensuring student leaders receive effective training to better support their teams and societies. 

✅ Re-launch the Night-Time Guardian Scheme – Enhancing safety on Wednesday sports nights with dedicated support, so students can enjoy their night out with peace of mind. 

✅ Continue to Champion Key Initiatives – Building on the success of Movember, This Girl Can, SHAG Week, and International Women’s Day, ensuring these campaigns continue to thrive. 

✅ Enhance Awards Season and Varsity – Elevating these events to truly celebrate student achievements and sporting excellence. 

✅ Raise Awareness for the 2026 Society Spotlight Week – Showcasing the diversity and contributions of societies to ensure they receive the recognition they deserve. 

Finally, I want to work with the university to create a dedicated student space—did someone say ‘Bar’? Outdoor seating? Table tennis? The possibilities are endless! 

My vision is to make student life’s safer, inclusive, and more exciting. With your support, I will continue to turn these ideas into reality.
