Hi, I'm Claire, and I'm running for JMSU President because I am passionate about fostering a more sustainable, supportive, and transparent environment for all students. I aim to ensure every voice is heard and every student feels valued throughout their university experience. 

I Hold unique qualifications and experiences that back my candidacy. I have a strong background in advocating for sustainability at LJMU, having campaigned for better recycling systems and taking mental health and sustainability courses. My commitment to positive change is underscored by my experiences, including learning about climate change in France. 

Age is just a number, and I'm ready to prove anyone can make a difference later in life and still lead the way. 

If elected, I plan to: 

- Enhance the university's recycling system and promote sustainable campus initiatives. 

- Advocate for improved mental health support and accessible resources for students. 

- Ensure regular updates and transparency between JMSU and students, ensuring your concerns lead to action. 

To stay connected with students, I will hold regular drop-in sessions and conduct surveys to gather your feedback. Your voice matters, and I'm here to listen.
